Netscreen Firewall 5Xp hosting FTP server using PPPoE dynamic address

anyone lead me in the right direction for setting up a policy to allow connecting to my FTP server through the netscreen...  the netscreen obtains an address dynamically from my provider and this is where I am having issues.

Setup dynamic DNS, so that whatever IP address your Netscreen picks up, the FTP server will still be accessible via its domain name:

http://www.dyndns.org/
