I'm having a similar problem with this printer, and have found others with the problem. &nbsp;The paper runs through, it sounds as if it is printing but it is not. &nbsp;All of the ink cartriges are new, and indeed until I installed all new cartriges it was at least printing in black &amp;&nbsp;white.<br />

I ran a head cleaning with the lid opened, and the print head did not appear to line up with the suction boot at the far right. &nbsp;Maybe there's a way to reset the thing?

I think the printer nozzles are clogged but they do not clear with repeated head cleanings and nozzle checks. Is there anything that I can do to solve the problem? or Do I have to bring it in to a service center for repair?
