I am trying to install the protection software from Road Runner (EZ Armor). However, I have to uninstall my expired Norton anti-virus. However, in &quot;control panel =&gt; add/remove program&quot;, when I click &quot;Norton Antivirus&quot;, the windows (98) tells me that an error occurred and the program might have been uninstalled. So I failed. I then open the Norton myself and to to its help, there is no &quot;uninstall&quot; item there either. So what shall I do to uninstall it?
