Tivoli (IBM) Trouble Ticket System
I have no real experience with the Tivoli system but would like to learn as much as I can about it in the next forty eight hours. I have an interview in which it would be greatly beneficial to have this info. Any links that can be suggested? I have done some searching but haven't found much helpful info.

I have looked at both of those and still can't fnd anything on the Tivoli Ticketing system. I am told that it is old and no longer supported by IBM. I don't really know if that means they dropped the support and are operating with old software or that IBM dropped the product altogether.
I am guessing that since this is a bank it has been completely dropped from the Tivoli line of products.
