Problems with activation

I have a problem.My server was working ok, now everytime I startup my Windows 2003 Enterprise Server, it aks me to activate it if I click yes opens an activation window saying is now activated then asks me to logon I type my password and starts all over again. Please help me.

Call your local microsoft licensing advice centre, it sounds like your license has gone awry and they are the only people who can sort it.
