on GFI download security how to prevent download not block !!

hello ..
when i search on your great EE.. i foound GFI DownloadSecurity which supposed to prevent downloads with a predefind conditions .. the problem that the program do not prevent download .. but just block it ... i mean it it download it to your computer but after it completion it decide whenther to free it to ur computer or to block it !
i need the property that enable me to prevent download because i don't want to slow my network speed or slow internet !! .. the secured download is secondary thing ! ..
who can help me ?

If you want to block program downloads, usually best to do this at the gateway and block .EXE and .ZIP files etc with an HTTP policy.

Most proxy servers will do this - eg Squid, CCProxy ?

You can block .EXEs and .ZIPs etc with ISA server, using content groups:

Make sure your default rules are not overriding this.
