problem with symantec.com site

hello evry one read this message

i have big problem with my company
all the computer in the network access any site but
the symantec site i cant access
and i read some solution but cant resolve this problem and this solution was
the host file but this solution cant resolve my problem

please any help please

So you have checked your hosts file thoroughly?  it's in "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\ETC\"
                                                                                     ^^^^^^^
                                                                                     or WINNT


type the following in a command prompt:

"ping www.symantec.com"
"nslookup www.symantec.com"

Post any errors...

Are you using internal or external DNS servers?  Are you using a proxy server?

thank you for your comment i found the file host and i resolve the problem
by stinger program because the trojan stay in the regestry and i knowed that the
trojan name is boxed.e
