Need a Compact Flash Wireless Modem for a PDA

I am currently looking to find a Wireless Modem that uses a Compact Flash interface that I could use with a Sharp Zaurus SL-6000 PDA.

I am currently looking for a new Cell phone provider, so the company that I go through is not really that important, although everything that I have seen puts Cingular as probably the best bet for me.

I live in the Seattle Area, (so hopefully that will provide you with enough information to figure out the wireless technologies are currently in use by each of the providers in my area.)

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
