Hi

I have installed Microsoft SQL 2000 Enterprise DEMO version 4 months back. Meanwhile I purchased my copy of SQL 2000 Enterprise server.

My question is:

How can I enter this new key code without reinstalling the SQL 2000 Server?

Quick reply will be greatly appreciated.

Sunny

You need not do a re-install of SQL Server for this. The Enterprise Server will prompt you to upgrade the Evaluation to Enterprise edition..

I suggest to go through the link below ..before start installing the Enterprsie Edition (To know the limitations).

Also, it is always suggested to take all the current database backups before start with the installation.
