I have serveral users complaining that when they open Outlook, Word opens along with it. No errors, just word opening up. The behavior stops when word is not used as the email editor, but my custoners don't like this. :(
The only thing I could find is this article:

This doesn't apply to our Machines, we don't use ATI.
Can anyone give me any help or insight?
