Question about switch (accidently closed other topic)

Didnt mean to close my other question sorry.

I bought two 2924 catalyst switches off of ebay. I was reading this page and had some questions
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps607/prod_release_note09186a00800d9e0c.html#42605

1.  It looks like trunking is not supported on the non-enterprise edition version. Is that correct? I didnt get EN!
2. Is it possible to upgrade to a EN edition?
3.  The file I need to download to upgrade IOS, is a bin file correct?

Just want to make sure I dont fry something :-)
