Online GPS Maping webservice

Hello Experts
I am looking for on-line webservice or SOAP/XML interface which can show me a piece of map with a point on it based on
Longitude, Latitude or Easting and Northing that I will provide? mostly in Europe (UK, Ireland etc.)

I have created a GPS tracking system that has all gps info on my website, but I want to show the location of the point
on the map as well for my clients.

It would be nice if I could just pass those parameters to another webserver and get let's say a new window with the map and pointed location.

Thank You

Following link provides a detail map pointing to the Tower Bridge:
      http://www.multimap.com/map/browse.cgi?lat=51.5050&lon=-0.0760&scale=10000&mapsize=big&icon=x

The querystring incorporates lat & lon.

From the url above it is easy to generate something like:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
<html>
      <head>
            <title>Usefull data only </title>
            <style type="text/css"> <!-- #circleDiv {position:absolute; left:391px; top:115px; width:32px; height:32px; visibility:visible;}
      --></style>
      </head>
      <body>
            <form>
                  <input name="multimap" type="image" src="http://mc.multimap.com/cs/blon//X21/Y72/X2134Y720S10W700H400.gif" alt="Map" id="multimap" title="Click map to zoom">
                  <img src="http://mc.multimap.com/images/X.png" alt="" id="circleDiv">
            </form>
            <font face="Arial" size="2">
                  Extracted from:
                  http://www.multimap.com/map/browse.cgi?lat=51.5050&lon=-0.0760&scale=10000&mapsize=big&icon=X
            </font>
      </body>
</html>

Hoppe it gives you some idea.

Price wisely you should contact as mach digital maps companies as you can and ask them for a quote.
If it is legal to incorporate a third party link into a Frame (without any change) in UK, it would be the cheapest solution.

Try

http://www.mapquest.com/maps/map.adp?latlongtype=decimal&latitude=51.50000&longitude=-0.10000
I think the resolution is 0.1
From there you can zoom-in

This layer of software interacts with the user’s Web browser.
Typically, Web applications make only small changes to URLs and pass them on the
Site Advantage server. The application gets the results and translates the XML into
HTML that it can return to the Web browser. If desired, you can use the included
sample Web applications which leverage XSLT technology to translate XML into

Although Site Advantage is ideal for Web applications, customers
can use Site Advantage with any application that can directly process XML results

This is the main server for the Site Advantage product. When
your application requests maps, driving directions, or search results, this MapQuesthosted
server returns the results in XML format or raw image data for maps.

OR ==================================

If it a private app. You can write your interface to:
- take map only,
- zoom-in map,
- etc.
