Software for Network Management

Experts, I have this question posted in 2 areas, Hardware, Routers and Networking because I believe this question covers both areas.

We are looking for a Network Management solution.
I currently am looking at IPSwitch and Orion by Solarwinds.net

I am asking for some personal experiences and advice with either of these 2 products or even something else.

We are a med-small business, with 10 Servers running 2000 Server and 2003 Server.
We have 4 locations and are under 100 PC's.
We have 10 Servers, 3 Switches, 1 Router, 25 Printers, and several PC's currently to monitor.
We are growing and my boss likes to stay current.
We will be setting the switches for management and setting up SNMP.

I started to look at HP Openview and Dell Openview, but I believe they have too much bloat for a company of our size.

Thanks in advance... Michael

You can also look at Computers Associates solutions, as they have software for almost every OS, and it's modular, you can buy what you want..
