My Grandmmother has a problem that baffles me.

She uses Outlook Express with no problems unless she uses the reply button. If she uses the reply button everything looks fine to her but the reciever of the e-mail just gets the letters yp and nothing else.

I have gone over to her house and run adaware, spybot and avg antivirus with no change in this yp thing.

Does anyone know what this is all about?

yp I mean thanks.
