123 to Excel formula conversion

Converting a 123 file to excel but the following formula isn't converted with 'save as'

+<<J:\file1.123>>C:C4..C:C4+<<J:\file2.123>>C:B3..C:B3+<<J:\file3.123>>A:B3..A:B3

Can anyone assist me with a MSExcel equivalent to the above formula

+<<J:\file1.123>>C:C4..C:C4+<<J:\file2.123>>C:B3..C:B3+<<J:\file3.123>>A:B3..A:B3

The Excel equivalent should be:

=+[file1.xls]Sheet3!$C$4+[file2.xls]Sheet3!$B$3+[file3.xls]Sheet1!$B$3

The cell references are only single cells so they don't require more than a single cell to be named as for example Sheet3!$C$4 - in Excel the ! takes the place of : and : takes the place of ..    confusing or what.
