Server 2003 Domain admin password lost.

We have know idea what our domain admin password is and our IT company has left us high and dry, is there any way to get it? I have seen some mixed answers from changing the "sam" to no it can't be done. Can I call MS for help?

use an account with admin priveledges and open AD users and computers and change it :)

if (shock horror) you dont have another admin account go to the Domain Controller

and run the bootdisk mentioned on my website here
