Duplicate Public Folders in Exchange 5.5

Our exchnge server crashed a few weeks agao so I built a new server and restored everyones e-mail from backup. We have site connectors to two other domains. In my Outlook 2000 and in Exchange Admin under public folders I see duplicate entries of many of the public folders. No one else in the company shows duplicates just my Outlook. I can't figure out how I did this or how to remove the duplicates. I can get the properties to one folder the other I get the error

The contents of the public folder are unvail...  ID no 80004005-0507-00000000

Look at the "Changing the Location of Site Folder Replicas" section and you will see your error message and what to do.
