no you can not in using cfdirecotory.
Other ways:
1) keep them in application.cfm and run them only once. you will have to put the condition
2) you can use the http://livedocs.macromedia.com/coldfusion/6.1/htmldocs/tags-pa8.htm#wp1097532 CFCACHE
