hello
can anyone please let me know good resources for programming a packet filtering firewall using c/c++ for linux?
or maybe anybooks that might be a good help.
or code examples??

i think that best refference is here an orginal iptables, netfilter, ipchains and ipfwadm

http://www.netfilter.org/ - netfilter nad iptables home... well a gateway to linux firewall developing community :)

now some legeacy, but less complicated example
http://people.netfilter.org/~rusty/ipchains/ - less info, cos it's like an abondon project... well you wanna code a linux fwall, so you shorely know all the stuff..
