I can see only a part of my Task manager:

Register [blue]Applications[/blue] is available.

Registers [blue]Processes[/blue] and [blue]Performance[/blue] are not available.
[red]Pulldown-Menu[/red] is not available.

If you like to see the Picture of the suspicious Task Manager, look at http://service.gmx.net/mc/wU7EHhSqjQuSEp80rHkQkxYvJXydeE

When i log on as another user, i can see the whole Task Manager.

Is there something in the Registry to change?
Thanks for advice.

Task Manager Menu Bar and Tabs Are Not Visible

This article was previously published under Q193050

When you start Task Manager, the menu bar and tabs may not be visible.

This behavior can occur if Task Manager is running in Tiny Footprint mode.
When you double-click the empty space in the border around the tabs, Task Manager switches to this mode.

To switch Task Manager to its normal display mode, double-click the top border of the window.

To work around this behavior, perform the following steps:
Click Start, and then click Run.
Type taskmgr.exe.
Hold down CTRL+ALT+SHIFT at the same time, and while holding them down press ENTER.

Clicking on any of the borders of the task manager window will do the job.
No registry changes are necessary.
