We are runing outlook 2K and Exchange 2K.

Anyone come accross this or provide helpful pointers.

Hi Vinnu,
This is a bit misleading. This option should ONLY be used if the user is responsible for a meeting room or resource. Do you really want users to automatically have meeting requests added to their calendar without personal verification? Personally, I even forget about the meeting I have accepted and are added to my calendar, but that's because I am meeting-ed out! :)
Good luck

Sorry, should have been clearer, the users in question are responsible for meeting rooms or it is a resource as you say, therefore I'd like them automatically accepted. Thanks for your input.
Cheers

Control application downtime with dependency maps

Visualize the interdependencies between application components better with Applications Manager's automated application discovery and dependency mapping feature. Resolve performance issues faster by quickly isolating problematic components.

OK, then ,the other possiblity is user error. If the user scheduling the meeting doesn't add the room as a RESOURCE, it will not automatically be accepted. Check the original meeting requests to verify!
