Stop automatic guidelines in CR band

I have created a group on a crystal report.  When I increase the size of the group CR is automatically adding guidelines.  If I delete the guidelines then the group section grows smaller.  I want it to stop this behavior.  I do not want the guidelines to be put in automatically.   I have other reports where this doesn't happen when I increase the size of a band.

I should add that the report that this is happening in is a sub-report.

Nevermind, I found it,  I checked the box for freeform placement.  I right clicked on GH1 and clicked format section and then checked the box for freeform placement and it stops adding guidelines.
