hi ....................

When i am deploying my web application to different server which web application running well in my PC where Crystal report 9 and VS.net installed .

i am using VS.net 2003 and Crystal report 9 the crystal report exported successfully in my PC where VS.net and crystal report installed but when I was deploying my WebApplication to another server/PC then First I got error like:
1) manifest assemply not found or not match crystalDecission.web ,.. etc ..

I have solved that by MergeModule and WebSetUp Packages

then I got error Like :

2) KeyCodeV2.dll not found or not match

that also I had solved through giving serial no or licence key to regwiz.msm and crystal_regwiz2003.msm ,set these licence key properties to valid key

after that I found ERROR Like Below.

<b>A Crystal Reports job failed because a free license could not be obtained in the time allocated. More licenses can be purchased direct from Crystal Decisions or through the Crystal Decisions Online Store.<b>

so please help me with brief description and step by step if possible

please i do not need solutions in one or two lines I had tried well and then try to go for friends

This is caused by the connection your database timing out before the report can be generated.

To overcome this, set CRD to retry reports a number of times on failure. Also, check and make sure that your database has enough licenses to allow CRD to log in. If you are using subreports, don't forget that each subreport logs in as its own instance, so you cannot run a report with more subreports than you have database access licenses.

The issue can also be caused if you have other Crystal Reports applications e.g. Crystal Enterprise or other Crystal schedulers running on the CRD PC.  The Crystal components are designed to ensure that you cannot use the same components in multiple threads simultaneously.  We always advise that CRD is installed on a PC on its own with only Crystal Reports installed, and no other applications that use the Crystal components that come with Crystal Reports.

I followed Aeros' solution but it didn't work. Instead I followed the instructions in this file provided by Crystal:
http://support.businessobjects.com/communityCS/FilesAndUpdates/crnet_keycodefix.zip.asp

It tells you how to update the registry to have a specific ".NET" key (and gives you the key to use). After that I stopped getting the error.
