Move mailbox from 2003 to 2000???

Is there any problem with moving a mailbox from an Exchange 2003 server backwards to an Exchange 2000 server?

Thanks!

Nope. Done it loads of times.
As long as they are both in the same Exchange org then there will be no problems.

What if they aren't in the same Exchange organization?

Can we migrate from one org running E2K3 to another running E2K?

If they aren't the same org then you cannot use Move Mailbox wizard. You will have to use one of the export tools - as these just create PST files it doesn't matter what version of Exchange you are going to/from.
