Trouble installing dialogic d/4pic card - diagnostic checks out ok but I can not start the service

I installed the card it is the only dialogic card installed. Windows says its working properly but shows a conflict in the memory recourses. It does not let me change the settings.
Not sure how to proceed. I have removed the card and re-installed , no change.

 windows 2k service pack 2

have you tried moving the card to a different slot?
