How to use Java to build an organization chart.

I have a task that I need to develop a java program used to build an organization chart. What the java program needs to do is to extract the data from the database via JDBC connection and then to build a chart. I have completly no idea how to do. Have anyone got any idea how to do? Please give me some idea.

Giving me some sample codes are greatly appricated.
