Hi
can any one please tell me a script which can convert doc files to HTML rather then opening each file and saving it as a webpage. it will be even better if the program can store images at a predefined directory.

It does converions from .doc to pdf as well as .doc to html.

"Batch-publishing mode - publish entire folders of documents to PDF or HTML simultaneously"

There is even a free trial link which places a small icon on all .html files created which is easily removed with any shell script.
