I'm going to put a picture in OS/2.  The original file is *.bmp which can be opened in windows platform.  I want to convert the *.bmp file which can be opened in OS/2 platform.

I open the Picture Reviewer in OS/2, found that it only supports 3 formats:  *.met, *.pif * *.spl.

Is there any tools that can simply convert the *.bmp into OS/2 readable format?

Sorry for the late respons, can you not open the file in win/os2 paint and convert it ?
If this is not working all major updates and software for os/2 you can find at :
http://hobbes.nmsu.edu
Underneath link will send you direct to the conversion tools
http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/cgi-bin/h-browse?sh=1&dir=/pub/os2/apps/graphics/convert

I think that the program "cvbmp.zip" will do the trick

Good-Luck
