Have you solved this issue? Many companies simply set permissions on calendars to Default: read, meaning everyone can read everyone's calendar. If this isn't feasible or do-able, then use the Meeting planner/attendee availability feature. Even if they haven't enabled permissions, you can at least see if they are busy.<br />

Of course, all of this is moot if your users aren't fastidious about entering data into their OL calendar<br />
