please suggest me some good webstats softwares for my nt server 2000
and also some tutorials.

Hi bkniazi,

I would suggest AWstats - it's got loads of features, and it's free :-)
You can find it at http://awstats.sourceforge.net

There's a feature on the site that compares it with other analysis products.  It'll also explain to you how to use it.
