First, back up all of your email.
Next, go through Add/Remove and remove Office
The next step is to run Eraser2k
Reinstall and maybe it will be fixed.

Is this a Hewlett Packard (HP) LaserJet 5si printer?

NFR key for Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365

Veeam is happy to provide a free NFR license (for 1 year, up to 10 users). This license allows for the non‑production use of Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 in your home lab without any feature limitations.

Are these just HTML emails or does it happen to plaintext and richtext also?

Do you have the latest Service Pack (SP3) installed for Office 2000?

There have been many issues with printing over the years where it had to do with the version of mshtml.dll you are running.  What version of Internet Explorer is this?

Thanks.

I would standby Mark's suggestion of checking IE if the issue is in HTML emails . I would also second updating office going to http://officeupdate.microsoft.com

Make sure to go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and make sure you have got all the updates for your OS and also for IE mainly. Restart the machine and check if the emails would print

Post back how it goes

Mark-wa:  it is a LaserJet 5L (HP)

I'm trying to print a plain text Email.

going to try to get service pack thats one thing i forgot to do.

slink9: I don't feel to uninstall.. since this computer going to be upgraded soon but if i dont have any other choice i will try it.

I'm going to check for Service Pack and come back later to tell ya all the result.

THX.

Is the printer connected locally or are you printing to this printer over the network?  You may want to try updating the print drivers.
