This error occurs suddenly on my webserver ( IIS and Windows 2000 Server) ...... on ASP ......
Would somebody please help ? Thanks.

My code is as follow:

      datafile = ""
      Set rstExcel = Nothing
      Set cnnExcel = Nothing

      Set cnnExcel = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")

'      datafile = "DBQ=" & "c:\data.xls" & ";" & "DRIVER={Microsoft Excel Driver (*.xls)};"

'      cnnExcel.Open datafile

From these articles in MSDN, it appears to be permissions problems in your Temp folder:
