Hiding Recipient Email Addresses

I need to send an email to a large group - however I want the From: spot to read "Conference Attendees" It cannot show anyones email address that we send the email to.  Whats the best way to do this?

So you want
FROM to be Conference Attendees
TO ( send to a group so that none can see each others email address)

What version of outlook do you have ?

Go to tools --> email accounts --> view or change existing email accounts  --> click on the account and press CHange
give "Conference Attendees" under " Your Name"

When you compose an email , give the group email addresses in BCC field
