&nbsp;you need to turn off video acceleration in your player. I.E, if using media player go to tools&gt; options&gt; performance, and move the dial to NONE where it say video acceleration.<br />

i have some video files that are encoded using the techsmith tscc codec. &nbsp;I have downloaded and installed the codec.<br />
the files play but they video is squashed in the top half of the screen.<br />

i have tried various players and the all display in the same fashion.<br />

how do i get them to show the video properly?<br />
