Cannot add new tasks in Outlook

I have one user who cannot add new tasks in their outlook the following message comes up "Could not complete the operation One or more parameter values are not valid".

Copies tasks are OK but the issue is with new ones.

Any ideas??

Thanks for the feedback.

Option one actually worked but I needed to sort view into Simple tasks first.
