Getting the website to show a subdomain

Hi experts, I am building my web site using front page. As a very new builder, I met with a very rudiment problem.

I managed to bring the home page up. www.rights-sg.com
I inserted a hyperlink for "register" button but after you click it, you will find that there is no activity!
I have uploaded the registration.html in cpanel into the public_html under a registration folder. Is it something that I should have done in FP instead?

At FP, all i did was to insert the hyperlink, and link to the registration folder then registration.html

Can anyone pls show me the light?

Thanks a million!

Replace this code in your document

<a href="Registration/registration.html"><INPUT type=button value=Register name=Register></a>

with

<INPUT type="submit" onclick="this.form.action='registration/registration.html';" value="Register" name="Register">

I also noticed that all of your links link to a location on the local hard drive (e.g. C:\...\...\file.html). Something you will need to fix before making this live.
