Date Selection via Calendar-type selector

I'm looking for a way to ease date entry for my end users and would like to implement a calendar-style pop-up so that they can select the date themselves.  Before I just write one myself, I was wondering if anybody has seen one out there that might do the trick for me....or, if I do have to code it myself, if there were any tips that mike make it a little quicker.

Thanks
David
