0x80040107 error in Outlook 2003 after reinstalling mailboxes form Backuptape

We are running SBS 2003 with Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 on clients.
After breakdown, I tried to reinstall the mailboxes in exchange server via Veritas Bacup Exec. I managed to install the mailboxes, but the user cannot download/synchronize with the server. They are getting an error: 0x80040107.
However there is no problem using OWA. So the mails and calenders are there. Please help !!!!
By the way I tried to use Exmerge to extract a pst-file from exchange server. That didn't work either I keep getting error code: (0x8004011d). Maybe this is another problem without connection to the first.
