User Profiles

When I create a user using active directory I need to set it up to create the user home folder at first logon.  Do I do that through their profile or how else?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I misstated.  I am using code in Delphi to access Active Directory.  I am using the IADsUser COM Interface.

Hello meadorj,

The IADsUser.Profile property can be set to hold the profile path (according to directory services platform sdk).

Kind regards,

I figured it out.  When I create the user then I can set the HomeDirectory property to the directory that I want it to set up the home folder in.  Will post code.
