Hello, 
 
&nbsp; &nbsp; I have a user that keeps getting this error message. &nbsp;They run a Router, Firewall and McAfee Anti-virus: 
 
 
Server Error &nbsp;&lt;&lt; - this is in RED 
 
Access Manager WebSEAL could not complete your request due to an unexpected error. 
 
Diagnostic Information &nbsp;&lt;&lt; - this is in bold black 
 
Method: &nbsp;POST

Error Code: &nbsp;0x38cf0467 
 
Error Text: Request Entity Too Large 
 
Solution &nbsp;&lt;&lt; - this is in bold black 
 
Provide your Systems Administrator with the above information to assist in troubleshooting the problem. 
 
Then at the bottom of the page there is a BACK BUTTON that they can click on, nothing more. 
 
 
Any suggestion's are greatly appreciated, customer is on the phone....
