Cursor color for gedit under Fedora

I've looked high and low, but, being a total *nix newbie, I and my bifocals are utterly unable to figure out how to change the cursor color in gedit 2.6.0.

Any suggestions?

Hi Cookre,

Seems like you can trust your bifocals ;o)

Some other editors seem to support the functionality but I have not been able to pin down one to present, but from the searches sp far, it seems that gedit indeed does not provide you with an option to change the cursor color.

'No' is perfectly good answer.

Now that I have a full 5 days of *nix experience, and having tired of the usual coding exercizes for familiarization with a new OS, I now have something a bit more substantive to fill my idle hours until that next job comes along - selecting cursor color.
