File Protection Software

I am looking for some good software that can do the same as windows file protection, but have the ability to specify the files i want protected.
It must be suited for enterprise environment

you can use Windows EFS.. right click on a file, properties,  on the general tab click on advanced, and click on  "encrypt content to secure data".. this is under XP. Be carefull when you do that... and read about it.
