Exchange 2003 Replication Partner Needed?

I have two w2k3 servers in my domain. I just installed Exchange 2003 on one of them and got it running nicely. I'm trying to decide if it would be a good idea to install Exchange on the second server as well simply so all of the Exchange stuff will replicate to it and thus be backed up. Is this a good idea?

there is no such mailbox level redundancy in exchange 2003. Your public folders can be replicated but not your mailboxes. Exchange 2003 does not support this unless you are having cluster solution.

You can keep another server for replicating public folders Also for creating a redundant SMTP server so that your mail delivery will not be affected .
