What is ORA error when you display error (like pressing Shift+F1 in Forms 6i) ?

hello,thanks ur reply,but on form6i, I can insert,update,and query,some filed like blob,sometime use form 6i I can input a picture(<1M,TIF)in it,but I cann't query it out,and no any error show, system only hang there....
CLOB,this field,I use  6i form can query, insert no problem, but when I use form 9i, I cannot run query, when I execute query, only get "frm- 4050 error, cannot execute query "....and cannot get any ORA error.
it made me refuse...why I can use form 6i(patch 15) can query,but in B/S ,I cannot use form9i query a record?

Maybe there is a bug in Forms9i. I have no experience with Forms9i. I use Forms6i patch 12. In this patch on client/server I use OLE for manipulation with BLOB column. In the lower patches of Forms6i there have been problems with BLOB columns there. We could not make query when BLOB column has been there. So we have decided to use OLE.
