We use a Netterm over a VPN to connect into our billing software. Their technicians at that company have not been able to figure out what is wrong. I am using a Samsung ML-1740 Monochrome Laser Printer with the latest driver on the Internet running on Windows 200 Pro. Netterm will not print using the RAW process or EMF. It will print under the TEXT process but the page takes up three pages instead of one. It use to print fine before the computer crashed but since we have reinstalled the program it hasn’t worked. I have tried uninstalling all printers. I went into the registry and removed all printers then reinstalled. I have also reinstalled Netterm. The printer works with all other software so far. I have tried both USB and LPT1 Connections but the same thing happens. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate it.
