Windows 2003 Backup Server

My question is I have 3 Windows 2003 servers, 2 of them are normal windows 2003 servers and the other is the windows 2003 web server. Is it possible to configure a Backup server with one of the Windows 2003 servers, so when the Primamry Server fails the Second Server takes over.
