What you have is probably bad RAM or a damaged driver: http://www.aumha.org/win5/kbestop.php#0xd1

Check the RAM by swapping it out for known good RAM.  If you can't, a less reliable method is to run the diagnostic program at www.memtest86.com.  It will tell you if you have bad RAM by failing, but a pass is inconclusive.
