How to configure Apache page load faster ?

I saw some web site page load are really faster, How do they configure the httpd.conf ?

I currently have Duel Xeon 2.4 HT, 2G Memory SCSI HD, but the page load is normal
Can anyone able to tell me, How to configure to make it faster, I have a lot of memory and CPU resource that is able to use.

It would be pretty much relative.  How "Faster" you want it to be?  That is pretty much dependant on how the OS is configured, how Apache is configured, and how the website is developed.
