I have windows 2000 server which is domain controller and has Small Business Server 2000 with Exchange 2000.

we would like to install a brand new windows 2003 server with small business server 2003 with exchange 2003.

After installing new server we need to migrate the everything, users, computers, mail boxes to the new server and shutdown the old server(windows 2000) completely.

Could anybody please advice me the steps to follow.  Or please provide me the links so that I can explore more.

Thank you all in advance.

If you are this microsoft document might come in handy:

http://www.microsoft.com/sbserver/techinfo/deployment/2000/migrationup_wp.asp?SD=GN&LN=EN-US&gssnb=1

It basically gives you upgrade scenarios and best practices for implementing SBS.

Good Luck and let me know if this helps

Of special note in this document is the Active Directory Migration Tool that can help simplify the migration.
