Active Directory attribute msExchHideFromAddressLists

   I need to update attribute msExchHideFromAddressLists .
   
   What is needed :  When a employee has been terminated we disable the user object in Active Directory.
   Now we need to exclude from the Exchange address list .

  Has anyone set this attribute before ?
